Is your life stressful? Dull? Busy? Boring?  Sometimes a cure for what ails you is a good vacation. But who has time for that?  

If you could use a change of pace in your life, maybe a micro-getaway, join us at Sunrise Exchange!  We meet every Wednesday morning at the Starr Avenue VFW in Eau Claire for breakfast and camaraderie.  Our group is just what the doctor ordered to give your life a boost.

We aren’t called Sunrise Exchange for nothing.  We meet early.  6:30 AM.  Are we nuts?  No!  Getting going early is the best way to start the day.  Better yet, if you are working, we wrap up in time so you can get to work.

If you are retired, get a jump start on all your sleepy retired friends.  Give them that judgy look that will make them ask what you are up to. Then tell them about Exchange.

Lots of people are too busy to join a service club.  But the early morning schedule of Sunrise Exchange makes it more feasible to be involved and still live your life.  Once you start, you will make a way to be involved.

Check it out!  Come any Wednesday morning at 6:30 AM to the Starr Avenue VFW.  The buffet breakfast is delicious and our guest speakers are awesome to listen to.  We learn much and leave the meeting smarter.
